Overview
We are currently staffing for a highly motivated Process Technician for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity to join a dynamic, family-oriented manufacturing organization. The core purpose of this role is to guarantee the operation of machinery according to specific design and product specifications. You will ensure that production plans are met within agreed quality standards, minimize wastage, and perform necessary troubleshooting to achieve the highest quality product and higher efficiency.

Skills and Experience
Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in an industrial production and maintenance environment is required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate’s degree in electronics, industrial maintenance, or a similar field is preferred.
Technical Skills: Adequate exposure to industrial machines, industrial electrical and electronics, preventive and corrective maintenance, and general quality concepts.
Specializations: Specialized training in ISO-9000:2000 and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is highly preferred.
Traits: Must be a multi-skilled, hands-on worker who is an analytical self-starter and a strong team player.
