What you'll do as: Brake Set Up (Metal Fabrication)
- Independently install and align Trumpf-specific tooling
- Program 3D models or utilize 2D profiles at machine controller
- Perform complex bends on various materials
- Conduct first-article and in-process inspections
- Execute quick tool changes for production demands
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Minimum 3-5 years in precision sheet metal environment
- Hands-on experience with Trumpf TruBend series
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Proficient in shop math calculations
- Knowledge of metal properties for proper bend sequences
