Ōnin Staffing is currently seeking reliable teammates for Production operators in a leading facility in the Florence, AL area. **Please also be aware that there is a 2-part interview process.**
Shift Avalibility:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Monday–Friday with occasional mandatory overtime
Job Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and production equipment
- Stack, load, and inspect materials/products
- Maintain production quotas and quality standards
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist in various areas including forklift operation (if qualified)
Skills and Experience
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods in a climate-controlled environment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repetitively
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Willingness to work overtime as required
- Steel-toe boots/shoes required
Preferred Experience
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience
- Experience in fast-paced, physically demanding environments
- Familiarity with production goals or quotas
- Strong safety awareness and work history reliability
