Overview
As a Field Service Technician, you will handle the on-site setup and finishing of buildings at customer locations. This role requires skills in welding, electrical work, finishing construction, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Complete final setup of buildings at job sites
- Reinstall HVAC and awning systems
- Weld multi-wide structures and connect electrical systems
- Perform interior finishing tasks such as flooring, tiling, wall finishing, and paint touch-ups
- Clean up work areas and assist with additional tasks as assigned
Skills and Experience
High school diploma
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; must pass drug screen and background check
Minimum 2 years welding experience (MIG and stick)
Minimum 2 years electrical and blueprint experience
Willingness to travel out of town, including overnight stays
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Able to perform physical tasks: climbing, balancing, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other job-specific requirements
Reliable transportation
Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
