What you'll do as: Manufacturing Trainer
- Evaluate employee skill levels
- Deliver hands-on training
- Present training materials
- Track training effectiveness
- Assist with FEM/5S initiatives
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Manufacturing experience
- Steel fabrication experience
- Familiarity with coatings/linings
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong communication skills
