Overview
Onin Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, packaging, shipping, and inventory management. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations and a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain inventory accuracy and enforce safety compliance
- Conduct cycle counts and periodic inventory checks
- Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Operate a forklift as needed to support shipping, receiving, and distribution
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse and supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, and squatting
- Ability to work in a physically active environment and on uneven surfaces
Work Environment:
This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role within a warehouse/production setting.
