PLEASE READ – STRICT REQUIREMENT
You MUST have recent Quality Assurance experience in a FOOD distribution or food production environment.
Candidates without direct food QA experience will not be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform QA inspections on incoming and outgoing food products
- Monitor food safety processes (HACCP, GMP, CCPs)
- Conduct product testing (pH, weight checks, audits)
- Manage QA hold process for non-conforming product
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy using WMS
- Verify receiving/shipping documentation (BOLs, POs)
- Maintain audit-ready logs and reports
