What you'll do as: Swiss & Lathe Set Up Operator
- Set up and operate Swiss screw machines and multi-spindle lathe machines
- Load bar stock and raw materials into machines
- Perform tooling changes and machine adjustments
- Monitor machine performance and ensure parts meet quality standards
- Assist with troubleshooting production issues
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Minimum of 1 year of Swiss setup or lathe setup experience
- Hands-on setup experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and machine drawings
- Strong understanding of machining tolerances
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
