What You’ll Do as a Quality Technician:
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards
- Perform routine quality checks throughout the production process
- Identify, document, and report defects or inconsistencies
- Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns in real time
- Verify correct labeling, packaging, and product specifications
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions
- Assist with audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement efforts
- Help ensure products are properly prepared for storage and shipment
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, inspection, or manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic computer and documentation skills for tracking quality data
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Solid math and reading skills for measurements, counts, and reporting
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout a 12-hour shift
- Reliable attendance and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
