Overview
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for 1st Shift Production and 2nd Shift Packaging positions in a fast-paced dairy production environment. These roles are responsible for supporting daily production operations, packaging finished products, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily production and packaging operations
- Package finished dairy products accurately and efficiently
- Inspect products to ensure quality, proper labeling, and packaging standards
- Operate production and packaging equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety guidelines
- Assist with line setup, changeovers, and general production support
- Meet daily production goals while working in a team environment
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable working in a cold/refrigerated environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
