Skills and Experience
- Perform painting tasks with a high level of quality and attention to detail
- Follow work instructions provided via tablet and ensure accurate execution
- Complete jobs within established timelines while maintaining quality standards
- Use a tablet to document completed work, including closing out tasks and uploading photos at the end of each shift
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress, issues, or improvements
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures
