What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Inventory Associate:
- Manage the full inventory lifecycle by receiving goods, conducting regular stock counts, and maintaining accurate records in the WMS.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high attention to detail regarding documentation, labeling, and safe loading.
- Monitor replenishment stock levels and coordinate with the sales department to ensure overdue and target orders are delivered on time.
- Verify all inbound and outbound shipments against purchase orders while coordinating directly with logistics and courier partners.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse by operating equipment responsibly and collaborating with other departments to improve material flow.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or technical degree preferred).
- 1 - 3 years experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, SAP Preferred. ERP/WMS systems).
- Knowledge of inventory control and material handling procedures.
- SAP Experience Preferred
- Forklift operator license, OSHA safety certification.
