Skills and Experience
Ideal Candidate
· 1–2 years of experience in customer service, staffing, or a high-volume environment.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Organized and adaptable with strong time management abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
· Passionate about helping people succeed and supporting business growth.
· Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Skills and experience
Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, clerical, or skilled trades.
Strong sales and business development mindset – able to build client relationships and grow accounts.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with both clients and candidates.
Solid organizational skills for handling multiple requisitions, compliance steps (I-9, background checks, drug screens), and documentation.
A proven track record of meeting hiring goals, filling positions quickly, and delivering great candidate experiences.
