What You’ll Do as a Shipping & Data Entry Associate:
- Review incoming orders and pick all required components
- Verify order accuracy before shipment
- Prepare shipping labels for USPS, FedEx, and UPS, including domestic and international shipments
- Track lost or delayed packages and file carrier claims
- Contact customers when necessary to confirm shipping details or account information
- Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Lift boxes up to 30 lbs
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
