What You'll Do: Quality Control Perform inspections and testing using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications Review drawings, documents, and technical specifications Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions Support continuous improvement initiatives Work cross-functionally with production, supervisors, and QA management Complete reports and documentation as assigned .
Skills and Experience
High school diploma or GED (technical background preferred) At least 6 months of inspection or production experience Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office – Word and Excel) Good math and communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Ability to work overtime and Saturdays when required Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused
