Overview
As a Utility Associate, you play a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations by assisting across multiple areas of the facility to keep production running efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the facility
- Move and stage materials using equipment such as Electric Pallet Jacks and stand-up forklifts
- Ensure order fulfillment teams have the supplies needed to meet production goals
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to support daily operations
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Remain flexible and assist with additional tasks across the facility as needed
Skills and Experience
- 1 year of experience in warehouse, retail, or distribution preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively
- Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to work independently
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and company policies
- Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
