Overview
As a Utility Associate, you’ll play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly. This position supports multiple areas of the facility and offers the opportunity to learn different functions within the operation. You’ll be part of a team-focused environment where flexibility and a strong work ethic are valued. What You’ll Do Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the facility, including managing trash and recycling processes Move and stage pallets using material handling equipment Ensure order fillers have the boxes and materials they need Operate equipment such as Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) and stand-up forklifts Support additional tasks across the facility as needed
Skills and Experience
0–1 year of experience in warehouse, retail, or distribution (preferred but not required) High school diploma or GED Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to work independently Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean work environment Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
