Overview
We are currently interviewing for a Data Entry Clerk position for a 12-week temporary assignment covering a maternity leave beginning in May.
Responsibilities:
-Enter and maintain vehicle maintenance records (Excel required)
-Perform shipping & receiving data entry in inventory system
-Track and update inventory records
-Assist with pulling parts from inventory (up to 20 lbs)
-Assist with updating ELD tablets for fleet vehicles
-File and organize paperwork
-Support mechanics and staff as needed
Skills and Experience
Requirements:
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
-Strong computer and data entry skills
-High attention to detail Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
-Good customer service skills
-Reliable and able to complete full assignment
