What You’ll Do as an Inside Sales Representative:
- Prepare quotes and process orders from distributors
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate product or component solutions
- Review and determine required parts and components for accurate quoting
- Follow up with customers and distributors on open quotes and order status
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries, providing product and technical information
- Maintain communication regarding delivery and shipping timelines
- Verify order confirmations and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems
- Provide excellent customer service in all interactions
- Organize and prioritize daily workload while working independentl
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- 1–2 years of customer service or inside sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate systems efficiently
- Ability to learn new systems such as AutoCAD or similar tools (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
