What You’ll Do as a Production Operator
- Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure product consistency
- Record production data and report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns
- Assist with line changeovers, material handling, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members, maintenance, and quality teams to meet production goals
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and knowledge
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends as required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environmen
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving machinery
