Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced produce and logistics environment. This role focuses on managing teams, driving productivity, and ensuring all production and shipping deadlines are met on time. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with operational knowledge who can keep workflows efficient and teams accountable.
Skills and Experience
Must be able to work within 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift within a produce environment.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff (forklift operators, loaders, selectors)
- Plan and assign daily workloads to ensure production and shipping goals are met
- Monitor workflow and adjust staffing to maintain efficiency and avoid delays
- Ensure all orders are picked, staged, and shipped accurately and on time
- Operate forklifts as needed and oversee safe equipment usage
- Utilize shipping and warehouse systems to track orders and inventory
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for timely dispatch
- Train employees and enforce productivity, safety, and attendance standards
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to prevent downtime
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
