Bilingual Receptionist

Overview

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations, communication, and administrative tasks.

Skills and Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience

  • Provide general information regarding company departments, staff, and services

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Maintain organized records and filing systems

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as correspondence, memos, and document preparation

  • Receive payments and maintain accurate records of transactions

  • Address customer or visitor inquiries and resolve concerns as needed

  • Keep the front desk and reception area clean and organized

  • Support additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred 

  • 1–2 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) 

  • Strong communication skills (both in-person and over the phone) 

  • Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and reliability 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods

  • Office environment with frequent interaction with staff and visitors
