Job Summary:
The Wall Panel Assembler is responsible for assembling wall panels and related components according to specifications, blueprints, and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to use hand and power tools, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble wall panels and structural components based on work orders and technical drawings
  • Measure, cut, and fasten materials using hand tools, power tools, and equipment
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production schedules
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
  • Report any defects, damages, or safety concerns promptly

Skills and Experience

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or assembly is a plus
  • Ability to read measuring tools (tape measure, square, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of construction materials and methods
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Work Environment:

  • Indoor manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
