What You’ll Do as a Customer Experience & Production Coordinator
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Enter and verify orders accurately in the company’s order system (NetSuite or similar ERP)
- Confirm artwork approvals and production specifications before orders move to production
- Coordinate with sales, art, and production teams to ensure orders move efficiently
- Monitor order status daily and proactively prevent delays or bottlenecks
- Communicate realistic production timelines and expectations with customers
- Assist with preparing technical production packets for manufacturing
- Help improve internal processes and documentation to increase workflow efficiency

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining accuracy
- Previous experience in customer service, production coordination, or order processing
- ERP or NetSuite experience is a plus
