Overview
Operate core-making machines and related production equipment
Package and assemble cores
Perform material handling and production support tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all job process instructions and safety procedures
Ensure workstations are stocked with necessary tools and supplies
Notify supervisors of equipment or material issues
Assist with tool cleaning, ice blasting, and general facility cleanup
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
Strong attendance and reliability required
Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Basic math skills (addition and subtraction helpful)
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
Team-oriented with strong work ethic
