Ōnin Staffing is hiring dependable team members for a Lamination Department position in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production setting with the opportunity to be hired on permanently based on good attendance and job performance.
Job Duties:
- Operate and set up laminating machines to bond materials such as paper, foil, and plastic
- Adjust machine settings including temperature, pressure, and adhesive levels
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and meet specifications are met
- Identify defects and make necessary adjustments
- Complete required production and quality documentation
Skills and Experience
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a continuous manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
