We’re looking for a detail-oriented Electronic Controls Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Archdale, NC. In this role, you won't just be following a blueprint—you’ll be the hands-on expert responsible for bringing complex electrical systems to life from the ground up. What You’ll Do as a Electronic Controls Assembler:
- Load & Wire electronic control panels per schematic and wiring diagrams
- Install completed panels into enclosures
- Perform internal wiring and assembly to prepare units for testing
- Assemble cabinets and enclosures per drawings
- Install customer options per drawings and BOMs
- Apply required labels and verify manual assemblies operate correctly
- Perform final quality audit before testing
- Work as part of a team to maintain production flow and quality
- Operate overhead crane (after training) to move panels/enclosures safely
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous wiring experience (required)
- High School Diploma (required)
- Ability to read and interpret
- Mechanical drawings
- Wiring diagrams/schematics
- Work orders & BOMs
- Experience using hand tools in an assembly environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong performance history
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English
