Overview
Ōnin Staffing is seeking Production Associates (A2/A3) to join a fast-paced production environment. These positions involve checking servers into and out of the test rack, visually inspecting for damage, ensuring cabling is correct, and notifying Repair/Production Technicians of any failures or errors.
Shifts & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Pay: $18.50–$23.13/hr
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior production, assembly, or basic technical experience preferred
- Basic computer experience and ability to follow step-by-step instructions
- Perform diagnostics and testing of servers and components to identify hardware or software issues
- Use of hand tools, Repair, replace, or escalate faulty server parts according to work instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, or move around for prolonged periods
- Able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written or verbal instructions
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy (Windows environment)
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing production environment
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Physically able to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, stooping, and moving around production/warehouse areas
