Are you ready to take your HVAC skills off the road and into a precision manufacturing environment? We are looking for a detail-oriented HVAC Apprentice to join our production team. If you’re experienced in brazing, wiring, and system testing and want a consistent schedule without the unpredictable "on-call" lifestyle, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do as an HVAC Manufacturing Technician:
- Assemble HVAC components and systems (PrecisionAir, HexFlow, and CoolCore units) according to blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
- Perform soldering, brazing, and welding as required.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Install electrical boards and fans based upon unit specific wiring schematic.
- Test assembled units for proper functionality and identify any defects.
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and join metal and other materials.
- Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production.
- Assist in inventory management and maintain accurate records of materials used.
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- 1-2 years knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical principles.
- Experienced in HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
- Problem-solving skills to handle equipment issues during assembly.
- NATE or EPA Section 608 certification a plus but not required.
