Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and mentor production staff; assign work and monitor performance. • Conduct training for new hires and ongoing development for existing team members. • Provide performance feedback and resolve employee issues.
• Coordinate and oversee production activities to meet daily targets and schedules. • Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures. • Ensure products meet quality standards before shipment or next process. • Enforce safety policies and company procedures in all production areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Analyze production data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Compile and submit operational reports to management.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment. • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to interpret production data and make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency with basic business software (e.g., MS Office).
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
