What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator
You’ll operate and assist with industrial production equipment while supporting a fast-paced textile manufacturing environment.
- Learn and operate sealing and welding production equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and machine guidelines
- Read and understand basic work instructions
- Identify and handle production materials
- Assist teammates with lifting materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Meet quality and production expectations
- Support team projects and workflow improvements
Skills and Experience

- Basic math and reading skills
