What You’ll Do as a Multi-Spindle Machine Operator :
  •  Operate and monitor mechanical production equipment safely and efficiently 
  •  Inspect finished products to ensure all quality standards are met 
  •  Troubleshoot equipment issues and make machine adjustments as needed 
  •  Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications 
  •  Use measuring tools and gauges to verify product accuracy 
  •  Complete production reports and documentation accurately and on time 
  •  Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures 
  •  Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Skills and Experience

What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
  •  Previous experience operating mechanical or production equipment preferred 
  •  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
  •  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
  •  Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions 
  •  Experience using measuring instruments and hand tools 
  •  Basic math, reading, and communication skills 
  •  High school diploma or GED required 
  •  1–3 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred 
  •  Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment
