What You’ll Do as a Multi-Spindle Machine Operator :
- Operate and monitor mechanical production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products to ensure all quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make machine adjustments as needed
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
- Use measuring tools and gauges to verify product accuracy
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous experience operating mechanical or production equipment preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions
- Experience using measuring instruments and hand tools
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment
