The QA Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring quality and food safety standards are maintained at the distribution center. This position focuses on inspections, testing, record keeping, and compliance monitoring.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality, safety, and compliance issues
- Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, FSMA, and food safety standards
- Ability to follow SOPs and enforce quality procedures consistently
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with operations and leadership teams
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues appropriately
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/distribution environment (cold, dry, or ambient)
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
