Take full ownership of the establishment, management, and growth of the Parts Department.
Identify and implement effective workflows to ensure operational excellence.
Communicate regularly with vendors, service advisors, estimators, and technicians.
Handle parts invoicing, returns, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with our central parts ordering department to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Investigate and resolve departmental concerns, routing issues to the appropriate personnel.
Respond to special requests and ensure overall department efficiency and organization.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a parts-related role.
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to learn other software platforms.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
