Previous experience working as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or Production Support in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment (certification preferred)
Familiarity with shipping and receiving, staging materials, and inventory control processes
Experience supplying materials to production or manufacturing lines to prevent downtime
Ability to perform cycle counts, material tracking, and basic documentation
Knowledge of safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5S/lean manufacturing standards
Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with production goals and deadlines
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify damaged or incorrect materials
Basic computer skills for inventory systems, scanners, or production tracking
