What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:
- Operate and monitor automated machinery that feeds, fills, caps, and packages high-performance materials
- Perform visual and physical quality checks using tools like micrometers, tape measures (test required), and light meters
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in your work area
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to keep production flowing
- Log inspection results and production data using basic computer programs (Excel)
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Experience with fast-paced production environments
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Basic Computer Skills and experience with Microsoft Excel
- Skilled with micrometers, tape measures (test required), and light meters for quality checks
- Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and stand for 10–12 hours
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus (not required)
