What You’ll Do as a Warehouse & Delivery Associate:
- Learn and handle product line efficiently and with care
- Load, transport, deliver, and install furniture and mattresses safely
- Communicate clearly with customers, delivery partners, and team members
- Maintain clean, organized trucks, warehouse, and store spaces
- Follow inventory management processes and complete paperwork accurately
- Protect furniture, customer homes, and company equipment
- Remove shoes or wear protective booties when entering customers’ homes
- Treat customers and teammates with professionalism, courtesy, and respect
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfort interacting with customers in their homes
- Ability to safely operate a box truck with a clean driving record
- Willingness to learn, grow, and achieve certifications (training provided)
- Experience in warehouse, delivery, moving, or customer service is a plus
