Skills and Experience
Qualifications: ● Comfortable performing hands-on, repetitive work in a manufacturing environment ● Strong attention to detail and ability to visually inspect small components ● Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes ● Dependable, punctual, and reliable ● Willingness to ask questions and report issues when needed ● Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required ● Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is a plus, but not required ● Mechanical interest or aptitude is helpful, but not required
