We’re looking for an experienced apartment maintenance pro who knows the difference between a real emergency and “my outlet looks funny.”
First shift hours.
18.00 to 22.00 an hour starting pay. (depends on experience)
What You’ll Do:
- Fix plumbing, electrical, appliances, doors, ACs, and mystery noises
- Undo past “DIY repairs” made with hope and duct tape
- Handle work orders labeled URGENT (some are… some aren’t)
- Keep the property running and residents happy

Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Apartment or building maintenance experience (this is not your first rodeo)
- Knows their way around tools without Googling every step
- Can work solo and figure things out without a meeting about it
- Reliable, steady, and not afraid to get dirty
