During your employment, you are eligible to participate in a comprehensive benefit

Health and Wellness Benefits:
You are eligible to participate in the benefit plans made available by Velocity Composites Inc. on the first day of full-time employment. Velocity Composites Inc. may amend, terminate, or enhance the benefits provided to you and our other employees from time to time as it deems appropriate.
If you choose to waive medical coverage, you may not be eligible to enrol until Open
Enrolment or if loss of coverage results from an allowed life circumstance.

Retirement Planning:
You are eligible to participate in the 401(k)-retirement plan first of the month following three (3) months of employment. At this point, you may set-up your elections and begin contributing. Once enrolled, we match your contribution of up to 4% of your salary which is100% vested immediately. Employer contributions will be made in accordance with IRS guidelines.
