We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team that specializes in producing high-quality envelopes and paper mailing products used nationwide. This facility focuses on precision, efficiency, and consistent quality, making machine operators a vital part of daily production.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Do:
- Operate envelope-making and paper-processing machinery
- Monitor production flow and perform quality checks
- Load materials, make basic adjustments, and report mechanical issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work closely with team members to meet nightly production goals
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work 3rd shift (10:50 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., Sunday–Thursday)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
