What You'll Do as a Production Worker:
- Set up, operate, monitor, or adjust assigned production equipment according to specifications in order to meet the production schedule.
- Ensure the highest quality of finished products.
- Perform good housekeeping and sanitation measures
- All other duties, as assigned
Skills and Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might:
- Have experience operating manufacturing machines or are willing to learn
- Be flexible to work any days of the week; assigned days off will rotate
- Be available to work overtime, as needed
- Work well independently or have good team-work skills
- Have basic math skills for counting and keeping track of quantity
- Need to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or repetitively carry loads for the duration of your shift
