Overview
This is an amazing opportunity for a candidate to earn $19-20 hourly in a 12-hour shift manufacturing role (6AM - 6PM or 6PM - 6AM). Plus, radically affordable health insurance after 30 days.

- 4-day workweek, 3 days off
- Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Sunday Schedule

What you'll do as: Quality Control
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications and engineering drawings
- Accept or reject finished goods based on inspection results and documented requirements
- Verify compliance with stenciling, labeling, loose material, and special handling requirements (shock/tilt indicators, customer-specific labels)
- Interpreting engineering drawings
- Support Quality Assurance programs, including calibration, training, moisture management, and ISO 9001 compliance
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Will:
- Have 1+ year of manufacturing or quality inspection experience or demonstrated proficiency in a carpentry or related field
- Be proficient in dimensional measurement, including reading a tape measure to 1/16” accuracy
- Be familiar with and comfortable wearing PPE (including but not limited to safety glasses, ear protection, steel toed boots)
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Know how to interpret blueprints and specifications
- Have effective written and verbal communication in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
