Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Shrimp Packers to join our cold-storage processing team in Port Isabel. This role involves handling, sorting, packing, and preparing shrimp products for storage and shipment.
Skills and Experience
Experience in seafood packing, cold storage, or warehouse labor preferred but not required. Ability to work in cold temperatures for long periods (freezer and refrigeration). Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 60 lbs). Ability to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive tasks. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and safety procedures. Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, or overtime when needed.
