Overview

 Operate machines to produce parts according to production schedules and quality
standards
 Set up machines, including installing dies and adjusting machine parameters
 Monitor the process to ensure parts meet required specifications
 Inspect finished parts for defects
 Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
 Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company policies and OSHA
regulations
 Complete production and quality documentation as required
 Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
 Report any malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor promptly
 Any other duties as required

Skills and Experience

Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot machine
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
 Previous experience in a die casting or metal manufacturing environment preferred
 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
 Basic math and measurement skills
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
 Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
 Willingness to work in hot, noisy, and industrial environments
 Availability to work flexible hours or shifts as needed
