- Microsoft Excell and Outlook
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years or more of customer service experience or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy and ability to use online systems
- Experience with ERP systems or other customer service tools
