What You'll Do as a Production Assembler :
- Operates assembly/testing machine processes in a method to produce quality parts in accordance to customer specifications.
- Assembly/test quality mold parts using various assembly/testing process systems.
- Troubleshoots and perform minor repairs and adjustments to assembly/testing machine equipment/machinery.
- Maintain safety, quality, production and housekeeping standards.
- Assemble parts, components, or products accurately according to instructions or diagrams.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and defects.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, or assembly machinery safely.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Skills and Experience
The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly
- Electrical and Mechanical Experience
- Forklift experience preferred but not required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to read and follow written instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed
- Comfort with basic math and counting to verify product quantities and item numbers
