What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:
You’ll be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of various industrial equipment, ensuring machines run efficiently to meet high-quality production standards.
- Set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to established procedures.
- Perform routine adjustments and minor calibrations to equipment to ensure product specifications are met.
- Troubleshoot and identify mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on assigned equipment.
- Maintain accurate production logs and ensure a clean and safe work environment, including regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.
Skills and Experience
- 1+ years of experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude for setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding production specifications and operational manuals.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Excellent focus on safety and quality control.
