What you'll do as: Test Tech
- Primary Objective
The Cabinet Installation & Electrical Testing Technician is responsible for final assembly, quality inspections, and functional electrical testing. This role requires strong electrical skills to ensure products meet safety, reliability, and quality standards before delivery.
Skills and Experience
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with electrical assembly, wiring, and control systems
- Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, point-to-point diagrams, and BOMs
- Experience building and troubleshooting wire harnesses and electrical components
- Strong skills in soldering, wire termination, and routing
- High attention to detail with a track record of producing quality work
- Ability to work independently and meet production standards
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical assemblies
- Accurately route, terminate, and secure wiring per schematics
- Perform soldering and rework as needed
- Conduct functional testing to ensure all units meet quality standards
- Complete final inspections and documentation with accountability
Tools & Expectations
- Confident use of hand and power tools (wire cutters, crimpers, drills, etc.)
- Ability to cut, strip, and terminate wire accurately and efficiently
- Must follow all safety and quality procedures at all times
