Material Handling and Transportation:
- Unload incoming raw materials (lumber, connectors, etc.) from trucks and place them in designated storage areas.
- Transport raw materials from the yard or storage to the production lines/workstations, ensuring a continuous supply for the manufacturing team.
- Move finished trusses and wall panels from the production area to staging areas or directly onto delivery trucks.
- Load and unload goods from various vehicles, securing loads with appropriate strapping or bracing to prevent damage in transit.

Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing, warehouse, or lumber yard environment is required. Experience with large or specialized loads (like long trusses or structural steel) is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and spatial awareness to maneuver in tight spaces.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure load accuracy, quality control, and proper documentation.
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing production needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate tasks with team members and follow detailed instructions (written and verbal).
